Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment with clean, makeup free lashes. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment time we have the choice to still take you for the remaining time of your appointment time or ask you to reschedule. Any fill appointments booked after 3 weeks will be considered a full set and you will be charged accordingly.
Grace Period

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required  to cancel your scheduled appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given a 50% service fee will be charged. We will ask for a copy of your debt/credit card and send you an invoice via email or text. Failure to pay the service fee will result to being dropped as a client in our salon. 
No shows are not tolerated. Failure to notify us will result in all future appointments cancelled permanently and will be subjected to a loss of initial service deposit.
If you constantly wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment a two time allowance of a last minute cancellation / reschedule will be permitted ONLY. After that you will be dropped as a client in our salon.
 
Sickness or Family Emergency
I understand that things happen unexpectedly. A one time allowance of a last minute cancellation/reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that the cancellation/no show policy will be in effect.
If you are sick please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule for your safety, our staff and our clients. 
Other Artists Work

If you currently have lash extensions from another Lash Artists, your current extensions will need to be removed and properly applied. Due to the high demand in the industry theres a lot of artists that are unregulated, not properly certified, or not licensed / qualified to do eyelash extensions. At Alchemist Artistry your health and safety is our number 1 priority. At the time of your appointment there will be an agreement for the removal and a new full set of your desire. This will all be discussed before hand so you are fully aware prior to any service being prided. 

Payment 

Payment needs to be PAID IN FULL after we have completed your service. Failure for any reason to pay for your service in full will result in cancellation of all future appointments and you will be dropped as a client at our salon.

THERE IS A ZERO TOLERANCE FOR AN UNPAID SERVICE.

We accept all forms of payments

New Clients

For future new clients and full set appointments there's a requirement of a $30 to $75 deposit (depending on which set you decide to book) at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to the total service. THIS DEPOSIT AND YOUR SERVICE IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES NO  EXCEPTIONS. This is to protect your time that is set aside specifically  for you, as well as our time which is extremely high demand.
